This hotel suits me perfectly. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center have everything I need. The friendly staff even helped with great restaurant recommendations during my first stay. I'm returning for Christmas!

Convenient location, 15 minutes' walk to Rock Snow Park. Friendly professional and very responsive staff interactions. Functional queen room with comfy beds.

Loved our very good stay there a lot. Well-appointed and reasonably large rooms with comfy beds and ' kitchen ', as for instance, felt like home. The staff were very responsive and extremely helpful, gave us great tips.

Varied and delicious breakfast options

We loved our time at this hotel! The kids enjoyed the pool, and we took advantage of the convenient location nearby The Rock Sports Complex for a fun family day. The breakfast staff treated us like family, made mornings special.

In my wife's opinion, the parking could use improvement for families with kids. It felt a bit tight when unloading all our gear.

The staff was helpful, like when one of the front desk ladies personally delivered extra towels to our room without us even asking! Breakfast had some good options, especially those fresh waffles, couldn't resist them!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, I'd say it was still reasonable.

I enjoyed my stay with the kind and accommodating staff. The breakfast had a rotating selection which kept things interesting, and the location was perfect for accessing family activities nearby. One area for improvement would be having a few more soundproofing measures for the rooms. Noise can carry easily from adjacent spaces.

Oh, let me tell you about the Moroccan pancakes at Honey Butter Cafe-they're a culinary masterpiece! The George Webb Restaurant is a go-to for some late-night eats, and the breakfast at the hotel was honestly great.

So it turns out the hotel was pet-friendly, even though it wasn't supposed to be. This. Plus, we spotted some animal fur lurking in our room. Still, every cloud has a silver lining, right?
